01 General Terms

JellyBet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online betting and gaming platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh. By using the Site, you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "member") agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

02 Account Registration

To open an account with JellyBet, you must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Information Required at Registration

• Full Name: Name must match your National ID exactly.
• Mobile Number: An active Bangladeshi number that can receive OTPs.
• Date of Birth: Providing accurate information for age verification is mandatory.
• Email Address: An active email address where notifications will be sent.

One Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

JellyBet is exclusively for 18 years of age or older for individuals only. Age is verified at registration and a copy of your National ID may be requested if needed.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account.
• Keeping minors away from betting is every parent's responsibility.
• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC verification has not been completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

JellyBet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳ 50,000
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳ 1,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the original deposit source.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

JellyBet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus balance will expire.
• Each promotion can only be participated in once, unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt at bonus abuse or fraud will result in account closure.
• JellyBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

Welcome Bonus

06 Betting Rules

Placing bets on JellyBet requires following a set of basic rules that apply equally to all players.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, JellyBet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Any winnings gained by exploiting system errors or incorrect odds will be considered void.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be settled based on its status at the time of disconnection.
• JellyBet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns.

Maximum Win Limit

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JellyBet. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus farming.
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to place bets.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to an account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

JellyBet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following situations:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the user requests self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account will be refunded once the verification process is complete.
